This company has Been horrible for years. Demands auto withdrawal, will not allow you to remove your account information. Ridiculous fees. It will be my goal this year to have this program cancelled at PTO
Was trying to edit or see my payment information and it ended up charging my account with zero warning, zero double check, no box to check acknowledging I was about to submit a large payment. Absolute insanity. To make matters worse they have no customer support to help with payments on the weekends YET they’re a payment company who accepts payments on the weekends! It makes zero sense. This company is bordering on fraudulent behavior especially not giving you the ability to cancel a payment made in error.

Supervisor reached out to customer Monday morning and was able to contact bank to cancel the payment request. Issue considered resolved.
Most wretched company I have had to work with in a long time! If my experience is common, they will treat you like you're a crook. They will withhold payments without explanation. They never initiate correspondence, and when you email your contact all you get in return is, "Sorry. We're working on it." False Appearance - Crooked Tactics Standard -- FACTS!

As I wade through pages of fees and billing, I went to the homepage to see if I missed their policy and procedure document on enrollment. The phrase 'unpaid fees are not withheld from the school's remittance " jumped" out. Every payment I make, the 'unpaid fees' are absolutely deducted before being applying the amount to the school balance. Then, the 'late fees' are billed separately or sometimes lumped in with tuition...no way to tell or predict. Tuition due on 5th, but there is a late fee for the 3rd. They running an unethical business. Our pre-school unfortunately uses Facts Management. The core issue I have with them (and it seems nearly every other review) is their policy to charge fees if a credit card payment doesn't go through. For example, we set up our payment by credit card to pay the tuition. Our bank put a hold on the charge since it was a first. Facts then charged us 30$ and proceeded to attempt the charge three more times and each time, since the payment was not going through they followed added the 'returned... read more

Facts Management is a complete scam. They try charging my account on other days besides the due date. They tried to charge my account 3 times in one day collecting 3 late fees in one day. The balance with Fact Management is higher than the school balance and when you ask about the balance, they blame the school. I asked for them to remove my account on file because my son is no longer at the school and they refuse. Terrible company and taking advantage of people with charging late fees on days not the due date.
Horrible, horrible company. When a school tries to run it like a business... micro managing everything, FACTS is what you get. Zero communication skills, late fees without explanation, very poor website. Write letters to people higher up then the school principal and let them know what a poor horrible company this really is!!!
They have no obvious mail to payment address. I inconveniently had to search for it. I mailed the payment two weeks prior to the due date and after the check cleared, they slapped me with a late fee which I refuse to pay. A horse and buggy could make it to their business in two weeks. I'm not mailing it any earlier for them to sit on it for interest. After this episode there is no way I would trust them with any online account business.
Terrible company to deal with every step of the way. They would send us multiple invoices after we already made a payment. But the worst is we moved and therefore de-enrolled our kids from a school in June and have yet to get any type of a refund payment back from these crooks almost 4 months later. Every private school in the U.S. needs to steer clear ***************.
