Michael and his installers did a great job on our home. He was great to work with and finished the whole house (2 floors and stairs) in less than 2 days. I'll try to get some pictures up on their page of the install. They get 5 stars for their great pricing, great customer service (with frequent texts from my wife), and a great install. I had shopped around town looking for a reasonable price on carpet. Once I started getting quotes I realized I probably wouldn’t be able to afford to get the whole house done. I then called Michael at Factory Direct Flooring. He gave me an unbelievable price for the whole house. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. My carpet looks beautiful!!!
Don't waste your time at the big box stores. Veteran owned and operated, these guys will beat them hands down. From pricing, service, scheduling, quality of the install and communication, FDF is top notch!! I'm looking forward to working with them on my next project and I would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring!
I was extremely pleased with the work of FDF! They did such a beautiful job on my condo - absolute perfection with every little detail. Michael handled my entire remodel from floor to ceiling. He is extremely responsive, which is hard to find with the current construction volume. His guys were quick, tidy and professional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about FDF! These guys are amazing! They saved us a bunch of money on a large area rug I needed for my living room. We have hardwood floors and I wanted somewhere my baby could roll around and play on. I got SOFT premium quality carpet custom made in to an area rug for about $150 less than a thin standard quality area rug I could have bought at a retail store. I was in a huge bind with closing on my house, the carpet needed to be replaced, but had to be paid out of closing. Michael and his team stepped up, worked with me and the seller, and got the carpet installed before we closed. The carpet looks amazing and they put in a long day to get it done in time for the VA to re-inspect and get my loan finalized! I appreciate their work and helping out a veteran!
