Locally Veteran owned and operated!! You won't beat there pricing, service, communication and attention to detail in all their jobs. They were very transparent in the estimate they provided. Where other flooring stores gave us very little info and tried to hide cost and fees. They will look at any competitors bid and either match it or beat it!!

Michael is such a great person inside and out!! Not only does he care about his customers, but he cares about his community. I am a new local teacher who was in need of help setting up my classroom. Great customer service! We originally went to a big box retailer first to shop for carpet. I decided to look locally after we got the quote from the major retailer. Factory Direct flooring was able to get us better quality carpeting for almost $1000 cheaper! From paying the invoice to having the carpet ordered and installed, it was less than a 2 week span. Owner is a vet and when he learned my husband was, he threw in a bunch of little extras. Carpet is awesome, owners are awesome and so are the installers! Thanks again!
