Absolutely superior workmanship, all details were done with perfection and the service provided by Bryan was excellent and the install done by David was of the highest standards - They are wonderful to work with... Highly recommend using this company!!!
I had a great experience with Factory Direct Floor Store. Bryan helped me pick flooring selections that were current, American made, and safe. He sent us samples to compare, and provide great customer service to help us choose and prepare. The team came in and did our whole house. It feels like we moved into a new home. Carpets look great... floors look great... and a great price. I can't figure out why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars-- this team was very responsive and did outstanding work.
I've used Factory Direct flooring twice now for two separate projects, one in California and the second one in Colorado and both experiences have been outstanding. Their customer service is excellent—super responsive, helpful, and professional from start to finish. The turnaround time was quick, and they delivered exactly what was promised. On top of that, their pricing is the best I’ve found and the shipping out state was seamless. Great quality, great service, and overall excellence. Highly recommend!
I first used Factory Direct Floor Store back in 2022, and it was an amazing experience. Since then our family has moved to Boise, Idaho. Our new house was in need of flooring so I shopped local. Because of the influx of people in Idaho, prices have doubled. I thought I would give Bryan a call to see what he could do. Bryan was able to ship us Mohawk carpet and Mannington LVP. I've purchased flooring for a few projects. This last time I purchased Coretec Grande Makkah. It's absolutely beautiful, and everyone believes it's real wood. I receive so many compliments. I always get the best price from Factory Direct, and the shipping to Yucaipa, CA was quick without any issues. Bryan and his staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.
