They did an excellent job repairing the floors in my home that had buckled. As they did each room, they asked me to take a look and ensure that I was satisfied and patiently explained any questions I had. When they were done, they encouraged me to call if I had any concerns or questions. Very happy that I chose this company.
We had a long tear in our basement Engineered wood floor and were putting our house on the market within days. Knowing our situation, They came in last minute and repaired our wood floor damage so that you could barely see the line. We were very pleased with the result!
They visited our house to provide a free estimate. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I agreed to the installation we arranged a time and day for the installation. The installer arrived on time and did a great job.
We had a rush repair job at our home because we were listing our property. Not only did Factory Direct Floor save us from having to install new laminate flooring, the repair job that was done was fantastic. Al the installer did the best possible repair job that could have been done, and very professionally. What seemed to be the impossible was made possible. I will definitely call on them again and refer them for any future work needed.
I contacted Factory Direct Floor after some disappointing appointments with two national retailers. They were professional and courteous & completed on time and the finished product looked fantastic! Factory Direct Floor was the second vendor I have hired from Homestars. Following a flood from elements outside my condo unit. They were able to do the install in one day and Factory Direct Floor was proactive in making sure that I was happy with the job and they wanted me to be 100% happy with the job - and I am. I've already recommended them to 2 other people - and the install is only just over a week old :)
We called Factory Direct Floor to come and give us a quote for our basement and stairs. They were so knowledgeable about their products and had some great advice. I liked that they didn't push the most expensive floors and it's obvious that they loves what they does!
