I called these guys mostly because of reviews on this site and I am pleased with results. I have a small basement in a fairly new house but I wanted to make it look really nice so we can get the most use out if it and now nobody wants to go upstairs anymore. My daughter and son fight over who gets to hang out there with their friends. Thanks to the crew who was friendly and professional.
I am writing this review in appreciation of my newly renovated house flooring. Factory Direct Floor from start to finish everything went smoothly, and when I was indecisive about the tile design, They made a suggestion that worked beautifully. I highly recommend the company and plan to use them in the future.

Just a short note to thank Factory Direct Floor for the painless bathroom flooring reno. I have been thru many renos over the years however have never come across anyone as articulate and prideful of their work.

Just had the Factory Direct Floor does a complete basement renovation and we are delighted with the results. Any type of renovation especially basement, can be messy and add a lot of extra stress and disruption to everyday family life. I was very impressed by the care and attention to detail and the tidy workspace that the v crew generated. The crew members were very friendly and courteous.
