Great place!!! Saved our Thanksgiving with a new dishwasher when most others couldn't. Super friendly and knowledgeable sales team
Horrible! Very disappointing customer service. We had a dishwasher cause water damage to wood flooring as a result of an improper install. Factory Direct refuses to take responsibility! I would not recommend!!!
