We worked with Ferguson for our new home build. Went out to make our selections for our home in Mid-May. Amber was knowledgeable enough through the process. We selected plumbing faucets, fixtures, and all appliances. As we were finishing, we were assured we'd get an email breakdown of our purchases and prices. Never received any such an email. Creepy company I wanted to order and buy a dishwasher Their website has no availability nor approximate delivery or pick up unless you give them all your information so they terrorize your email box for ever Then confirm a purchase so someone calls you a day later Probably tell you we don’t have this buy another They are creepy No transparency on availability nor delivery
Horrible customer service! We’ve already had two appliance go out in a year. We bought a warranty and they didn’t set it up properly. I’ve been without a fridge for a week!! They won’t schedule a service apt, no one will return calls!! I want my money back and would never use them again!!
I get a call today from the service department about getting a dishwasher fixed that is under warranty. The customer service rep tells me the earliest appointment would be on 8/17/2017. I said wow....10 days..why?..her answer to me was that the repairman is on vacation. Maybe you should have a back up repairman to cover the person who is on vacation. Just a thought!!! Home Depot, Menards here I come.
Think twice before buying ANY products from here! They do not repair properly, they do not stand up to their warranty and they will leave you hanging! I have done nothing but argue, yell, make phone call after phone call, get the run around and now again....screwed! My advice, walk away, no, scratch that, RUN!!!
