They don't keep there promise don't buy from them . EVERYTHING me and my family had break down . and they are very rude not nice at all they will keep you on hold very very long time they never come back
Have purchased all our appliances from these folks. The people in Lawrence are helpful, friendly and always eager to help. Dishwasher went on the fritz - called and had a tech out the next day. Diagnosis was made, part ordered and return appointment made to fix the appliance the following week all completed while I was standing in my kitchen. Awesome!
We bought a refrigerator there ~16 months ago. As appliances do - it quit working this week. When we called Factory Direct (with receipt in hand) they told us they had no record of our purchase. Apparently they purge their records annually ( how freaking convenient). We subsequently had a repair guy out, who told us it was obvious that the fridge has had work done to it previously. SO they sold us a refurbished fridge (which we were told was new) and then deleted any record of the transaction. BUYER BEWARE!
I completely regret our decision to ever use them. Horrible customer service, horrible products. We bought a whole kitchen set through them, and within a year have had 4 service calls, one within the first week. They did not even remotely stand by their products and were completely unresponsive. I would not recommend that ANYONE do ANY business with them.
Although in store salesperson was great, delivery guys were unhelpful, lacked compassion and knowledge of their job
Very easy to place order and sales person very nice in northland store 5 stars to them. Going to warehouse to pick up is a whole different story 0 stars for them. I am still waiting for them to open the customer pick up door while I write this review. I have been sitting here for 1 hour already and I only have 1 item to pick up. Really didn't want to spend the whole day at the warehouse when it took 5 minutes to order.
Just scored a great deal on our front loader, thank you factory direct!
