The customer service reps at this store need a lesson in customer service--I can't believe how unhelpful they've been. Our washing machine (less than a year old) broke in early December. We've had issues getting the right parts, and when we asked the customer service guys for help, they told us to figure it out ourselves. Ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible. They lost our order, wouldn't return our phone calls, and when I went into their store they tell me it will take a week to get appliances into our new home. Save yourself the trouble and go to Nebraska Furniture Mart.

I wish we would have bought our new appliances elsewhere. In all of the everyday purchases from large to small I can't think of a worse customer service experience in the last 10 years, maybe ever. Then we learned from our contractor who is installing them that he quit buying from here a while ago for the same reason. I would highly recommend not shopping here.
