You guys released my vehicle to my insurance company before I could collect the rest of my personal effects and I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION FOR THE RELEASE OF MY VEHICLE. Then to turn around and charge $3000 to my insurance when NO WORK was completed is ridiculous

5 Star : My Experience I've never been to factory collision this was my first time so far so good I'm satisfied with the work they did I'm satisfied with the way my car looks and I'm satisfied with the way that it runs right now so as of right now I have no complaints but I've only had car back for a few days so I have to drive it around a little but as of right now it's fantastic
