5 Star : My Experience My car was sent to Factory Collision Center from South Bay Toyota for repairs needed to my 2018 Rav4. I just received my car back and I am very satisfied with the work done to my car. I also want to say that the customer service I received from Jordan was excellent. He was always available to take my calls & answer any questions I had. He took the time to go over the work performed, parts installed, and charges incurred. The office is very clean & modern looking.
