Remember to ask for how much the services cost! – The staff in the clinic is pretty friendly. Dr. Kaufman is pretty knowledgeable but does not tend to explain what she is doing. They were not very good in telling you the cost of their services up front, though. I have been wearing contacts and I did not expect to be charged for "Contact Lens Evaluation," which my insurance does not cover. It was a surprise when I checked out.
