My first facial and what a wonderful experience. Everyone especially my technician were pleasant and professional. It was so relaxing and my face never felt so clean and smooth. I would recommend Face To Face to anyone. I felt very pampered.

I had the most wonderful time with Priscilla, she was very professional and friendly! It's my first time getting a dermaplane and let me tell y'all it definitely won't be my last, she also applied eyelash extensions that look super natural I am in love. Oh did I mention they have a make up station to play with before or after your pampering? And you can buy the make up you play with if you love it, how cool is that?! I will definitely return to face to face spa I had a ball!

I had an amazing facial at face to face. From the warmed up bed to the amazing facial. The place is beautiful, professional, with products that are top of the line. I will be back to see Colleen.
I usually love the place but during my monthly premium facial yesterday, Emily suggested a peel so I said ok (sometimes they give a vitamin C mask or something). At check out (I am a monthly member so facial was already paid) I was charged 120 for the peel. I had no idea that it was extra. I paid but informed the front desk person that I was never told there would be a upcharge. She simply said she would let Emily know. There was no apology, no offer of future discount, refund, zip. I felt taken advantage of!
