GREAT experience. My 3 year old needed a tooth removed quickly. Face & Jaw got us an appointment the very next morning. The staff was friendly, caring and obviously experienced. I sincerely felt like they cared about my child. I am extremely happy with the whole experience.
I was scheduled to have one tooth extracted using novacaine. After several attemots to numb the area, i continued to have sensation in the area. Dr. Crago and his team responded with patience and compassion. They seemlessly transitioned from a novacaine extraction to one using general anesthesia. Dr. Crago was understanding to the need for a different approach as was his friendly team of dental assistants and nurses.
Everyone was kind, caring and friendly. They provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Excellent service! Hope you will provide some real cow cream for the coffee you serve. (Half and half).
Your staff was great and being a child of the 50's an visit to the Dentist was a nightmare. Your staff made me feel conformable and the whole experience was completely painless--thank you
