Excellent patient/doctor rapport.
I am very very please with my visit. I was a little nervous to get my implant but the team made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was super easy. I might need another one and 100% I will be coming back! Thank you so much it means a lot that your team seems to care so much about each patient.
The staff was very friendly and cared about what I felt like, they did a good job of relaxing me for the procedure but had some discomfort with the placement of the IV, not their fault. I really appreciate all they did for me.
Our surgeon did an excellent job not only with the extraction of my 7 yo daughters teeth but comforting and explaining. All of the staff were very nice and professional. My daughter was very scared and they all worked great at reassuring her and calming her down prior to beginning the surgery. This was a very positive experience despite the reason we had to be there.
Everyone was pleasant and professional.
The removal of a wisdom tooth was not as traumatic as I had expected. Dr. Gray was knowledgeable and capable of doing the job. His nurse was also very professional and made sure that I had all of the proper information before leaving the building. I appreciated their expertise and consideration for me as a patient. I am recovering very well. I also appreciated the follow up phone call.
