My son said the staff we're very kind. They let him know exactly what was going to happen before, during and aver his procedure. He felt very comfortable and was done the procedure in about 25 minutes. He had very little pain when he returned home and by the next morning he said he was feeling very good. I would recommend to Face and Jaw to anybody who's looking for excellent care.

I was nervous going in as I haven't had a lot extractions other than my wisdom teeth years ago. They made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was quick and painless and explained everything in detail

Very professional, nice, friendly and helpful. Explained the process thoroughly and actions to take after surgery. Heather was the best!!
Overall experience was great, but the surgeons bedside manner was absolutely horrendous. The aides/assistants definitely made up for it though because they were amazing. He had a hard time inserting the IV, and after the third time I would have liked to see someone else try instead. After some nitrous oxide administration he finally got one, but it was a slightly traumatic experience due to my fear of needles. Every other aspect went fine! Very clean facility, very helpful, friendly, and supportive staff (minus the surgeon).
They went above and beyond for my comfort! Made me at ease and helped calm my nerves. I would recommend for anyone needing to have teeth pulled, as they took out all 4 wisdom teeth and they went the extra mile to make it as painless as possible!
I feel that the entire procedure went smoothly. The staff and my doctor were kind and skillful.
