Can't be more pleased with the treatment I got from everyone at Face & Jaw.
All the different options were very well presented and explained during my first consultation, I felt very comfortable making a decision about the kind of treatment I would receive. Everything was done to make me comfortable during and after the treatment. I even received reusable ice packs and a sock to wrap it around the head to take home for recovery.
I received professional and top quality care as well as personal attention. I was a bit nervouse about my procedure and I was never left alone in the chair. The medical assistant kept me engaged with conversation prior to the procedure. My oral surgeon was recommended by my dentist and I am so glad he did so. He answered my questions, made me comfortable and before I knew it, it was over. No big deal!

I have the worst fear for dentists. The staff at face and jaw are some of the most professional and carimg people I have ever met. They took extra care to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be
I was very, very nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed and being put under, but the nurses and surgeon made me feel much more comfortable. I also enjoyed they sent video and info about what to expect during and after surgery which helped ease my worry. My surgeon also went the extra mile to get an X-ray to make sure there wouldn’t be any nerve damage done before the surgery. Everyone was really nice and friendly and made the process much easier. Couldn’t have asked for better!
Hard to give high marks to procedure and aftermath that hurts so much. Did particularly like the nurse assistant of Dr. Crago. She was gentle and caring and empathetic. The preliminary paperwork was excessive and redundant--answered the same questions numerous times. Since I was having a difficult time with tooth ache I appreciated being worked into the schedule.
Amazing work. Healed very fast
