I have been a customer at this salon for the past 5 years ! Today I was 10 mins late due to traffic and parking in Beickell , I agree , my mistake . However , I got 2 of my 3 services done , but the girl said that I had to pay for tinting , a service that I had booked but could not complete since I was late ! Samora has given me the most painless brazilian ever (even though I am 9 months pregnant!)! Definitely returning to her! MJ took my eyebrows to the next level, finally looking human again. Definitely coming back to these two amazing women!
They scalped and burned my eye brows, upper lip and face with no apologies. I had to seek medical attention after, avoid if you want to protect your skin. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior from staff.
