I love F45 workouts, especially the resistance days! The coaches at this studio have fantastic energy and always make sure that our form is correct and challenge us to try our best. Studio Manager, Bayleigh is a talented and inspiring personal trainer. She creates a welcoming, fun and inclusive atmosphere for everyone. There's a 7-day trial to see what the classes are like before committing. I highly recommend giving it a try.
