Tried my first class at F45. I was so nervous going in. I left feeling like I had 18 new friends! The instructors were super friendly & welcoming. They constantly walked around to check on everyone. They were super upbeat & encouraging. I’ll definitely be back!!
I would recommend this facility to anyone, including friends & family. The trainers are awesome. Enthusiastic & helpful! Which is a plus for a gym, especially when you don’t always want to get your workout in.

All around excellent training center!! The sessions are intense and the trainers are high energy people.. This is the best circuit gym I’ve ever been in... Love it💪🏻!!
When I first started, I thought it was just going to be another gym I would use the free trial and that would be all. 7 months later, the trainers and members are truly my family and push me harder every single class. Take this gym seriously when they say it’s life changing! Could not recommend this gym more!

Kiana was my trainer for the first time. She was helpful and very professional. The workout was very good and the system is set up well. Very clean facility with full shower. Great functionality in the work out.
