RecommendedTrainers are great - motivating and super helpful. It’s clear they want you to enjoy and be safe during the intense workout sessions. I’ve done HIIT training on my own for a few years, this was a perfect way to push myself even further. The high energy vibe makes the workout fly by. Space is clean and comfortable. Great full body workout with great music. Small , very clean , with an amazing staff that is truly focused on helping their clients. Truly feels like a family. Everyone there , coaches , staff and members are very positive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
