The building has gone down hill since new management has taken over in spring/summer 2025. The hallways are super hot, they are charging new fees for things people don't want, they are limiting guests on the roof when there have been no problems, and well, management is incredibly rude now. Josh the prior manager was a great guy and when you saw him in the halls you felt welcome. This will be my last lease here.

I’ve lived at F1rst for over 3 years and love it here. Aside from how much I love my apartment, the staff members are great. Particularly appreciate Yvette every morning being so cheerful and helping me with whatever I need. I’d def recommend giving this place a look if you’re even partially interested.
