I’ve lived at F1rst for over 3 years and love it here. Aside from how much I love my apartment, the staff members are great. Particularly appreciate Yvette every morning being so cheerful and helping me with whatever I need. I’d def recommend giving this place a look if you’re even partially interested.

One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in, highly recommend. My wife and I lived here from 2020-2024 and loved every moment. They’ve made incremental upgrades to the gym, and the other amenities are top notch. Maintenance is super nice and always willing to help, promptly and also they’re real people who will chat with you. Front desk has been great, and constantly go beyond their normal job to help you.
