Recently made a call for HVAC unit not producing heat. Tech came by and notified me need new heating coil. He was at my office for maximum of 1hr and informed us he would order part and then follow up for repair. See the invoice below, 3 hrs for $551.99. He proceeded to sign the work order himself in place of one of the business owners. When we called to complain was given shady explanation about travel time, calling vendor etc. Complete rip off.
