Mitchell was knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. Repairing our MacBook in 1 day. Because of that we trusted him with 2 more laptops to repair in the same week. Will be continuing to work with him.
The screen on my MacBook was broken, so I visited for replacement. The staff responded very kindly to me and showed their best to meet the conditions I wanted. He explained well what I didn't know, and I was able to replace the product with a not bad price.
Mitchell was great. I brought all in all 3 Macs with 3 different issues and he fixed them all. The Melrose Mac store had said it would be wiser to just buy a new laptop but I brought them here and now they are like new! Why would you go anywhere else? 100% recommend!
