The screen on my MacBook was broken, so I visited for replacement. The staff responded very kindly to me and showed their best to meet the conditions I wanted. He explained well what I didn't know, and I was able to replace the product with a not bad price.
Mitchell was great. I brought all in all 3 Macs with 3 different issues and he fixed them all. The Melrose Mac store had said it would be wiser to just buy a new laptop but I brought them here and now they are like new! Why would you go anywhere else? 100% recommend!

I paid Mac Easy Repair $165 to permanently remove the activation lock on my MacBook. They never once told me it would be temporary or that I wouldn’t be able to update my system after the “removal.” Now the lock is back, and the laptop is unusable. When I called to get help, the employee LAUGHED at me, told me “well, you didn’t pay me,” and dismissed the fact that I had a receipt.
