I have a new job downtown and have never come to this area for hair cuts int he past. I gave it a shot and had a great experience. I have super short super straight hair and I needed it cleaned up, Francis did a great job and I really enjoyed talking to him! Got compliments on my walk back to the office :)
Horrific experience. Came here to get a shellac manicure as I just moved downtown and I get manicures every two weeks which the girl noticed. She took 45 minutes to just file and clip my cuticles for a dry manicure. I could tell she had ZERO experience. Then when it came time to paint my nails she literally didn’t know how, it was bubbly and she didn’t even cover the nail with the coat. When I pointed it out she tried to blame my nails.
