EZ Cater had been my go to for catering. I was inactive for several months. When I tried to order again, I was told my acct was closed due to a disputed charge. I had been a loyal customer for several years. They made no attempt to contact me and allow me to investigate or resolve the dispute. When i did talk with them, 3 consecutive days, 3 different people, I was assured they were working on the issue and they would contact me. Truly the WORST experience I've ever had. I'm not one to write reviews, in fact this may be only my second review ever. I placed my order over a week in advance. I received a call from EZCater 1 HOUR AND 3 MINUTES before my food was supposed to arrive and was told my order could not be fulfilled!! This was for a holiday lunch for my company and the Head of our HR department flew in for 2 hours simply to have lunch with our local team.
