As an office manager I order thousands of dollars of cateriing for my office. I ususally just order straight from the restaurant. I got a postcard in the mail from EZ Cater that basically said: "try us....we'll give you a $50 gift card for giving us a try" So I did. Now they won't give me that introductory gift card. They are acting like the offer never existed. They say I will have to make dozens of orders before they will reward me. That's fine, EZ Cater. You keep your $50, I will keep my thousands.

The order was confirmed and never arrived. No phone call. No email. They just did not show up and left my event with no food. I booked Grand River Center through EZcater back in April 2023. It was very embarrassing and extremely irresponsible.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE. They are expensive yet completely unreliable. We ordered 1 week in advance, received a confirming email immediately after placing the order and then received another confirmation text 3 hours before the event (they claim that they verify/confirm your order with the vendor the day before the event). They then sent an email 37 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME saying the order was cancelled. Worst experience ever.

EZ cater is horrible. Do not use. Half the orders are incomplete if you are lucky to get orders fulfilled. There is a high probability that your lunch will never arrive. They SUCK!!!!

Mothers Day Scam My family ordered through here for Mother’s Day. The service was horrible. They confirmed our order was delivered and nothing was sent to my home. Then We could reach no one on the phone nor via chat or email. I would advise others NOT to use this service especially during holidays. We waisted over $200 for a meal we thought we would get for our family and have no idea how to recoup it with a company that has poor customer service.

Can I give this company a -5 stars? I have owned businesses since I was 18 years old. In all my years in business I have never dealt with a more irresponsible and unprofessional company. Two days ago I placed an order for Mother’s Day lunch with my family. The order was confirmed. On Sunday Mother’s Day morning I receive an email stating that my order will arrive as requested at 11:30 AM. At 1:30 after 5 phone calls I was informed that my food was never prepared. I would never use them again. I put in an order two weeks before an event for 50 people. EZCaterer allows you to modify orders until 5:30 PM the day before the order is delivered. I made changes around 3:30 PM. The day of the event, I get a call from EZCaterer at 8 AM saying that the caterer cannot fulfill my order because they do not have a driver?
