ezCater is not giving the tips to the delivery drivers. We have several copies of customer's emailed receipts showing that they have tipped the drivers. No tip money was sent to the contracted delivery company or their drivers. I was hoping ezCater wasn't stealing tips like Doordash used to do.

Ordered 4 dozen cupcakes from Ezcater for my son’s birthday from sprinkles in Anaheim. When I went to pick it up, they said they don’t have my order, I called them and they said the cupcakes were placed in Newport Beach location which is 20 miles away. I was scrambling for cupcakes on the last hour before the party and to make it worst they did NOT refund the entire order. Do NOT use this service....2x they never delivered....they take your $$ and then cancel your order before its supposed to be delivered. They claim it's FRAUD even though all the information provided was correct. They have 0 communication skills and just hope you never find out your food was never delivered. I was told the same story a year apart and that they don't deal in delivering to private residences. hhhmmm then why did you take my money. Ezcater was a FAIL!! They don’t even deserve a one star. My event was for Saturday, March 23, 2019. Dinner was to be served at 5:30pm and Food delivery was confirmed and expected at 4:30pm. Ezcater texted and left a voicemail 45minutes before my event and said “your order cannot be fulfilled and was cancelled” The owner of the company Dynamic Cuisine had an emergency. I used this service for the first time and it was a disaster. Our company wanted to provide a nice breakfast for 50 of our contractors to arrive by 7am. They called me at 6:30am and told me they accidentally left part of the food at the restaurant. We had 50 hungry men here at 7 and we didn't have enough food to feed half of them. ezCater is a pathetic company. ezCater pays Google $800,000 per week to steal information from hard working people in the United States and France. ezCater hires outsourcing centers to handle phone calls and only pay employees $12. Per hour but continues to pay Google $800,000 per week.....

Being a vendor on EZ Cater Ordering and spending your money with ez cater may be a breeze, but if you are the vendor and they mess up your payment, or the check does not arrive in the mail, their answer is wait 30 days from date of check issue and then we will cancel the check and re issue which should take about 5-6 weeks to resolve itself. So as the vendor paying a pretty hefty commission to EZ Cater to list my catering company on their site, I get the run around on payment. HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for errors or changes. Will never rely on EzCater for events again. Try GrubHub or Door Dash instead.
