I don't typically write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. I had been with them for over 3 years. In my condo I had no issues with them. I had a quarterly service. The technicians that have come out to my place were always nice, quick, and very efficient. When I moved to my home, understandably the quarterly service increased in price because it was a larger home with an outside to spray. We are sorry to lose our customer that has been with us for many years due to pricing of the services and not for the services themselves. This company has been built from the ground up basically from word of mouth and after 19 years and 5000+ satisfied customers this is our 1st negative review. When the customer signed up for the quarterly maintenance service it is a one year contract for 4 paid services which is every 3 months and includes follow up visits in between services (at no additional cost) if needed and we give a... read more
