I originally was not going to leave a review, especially after reading some of the office's remarks made in response to the more negative ones. But in order to save someone an experience like mine, I felt it important to take the time to write one, just detailing what happened. I have Delta Dental - Medicare through Kaiser. I lost my previous dentist when they quit accepting the insurance. I needed my regular six month cleaning and so made the required consultation visit a week ago, July 17th.
