After calling EZ Miami Plumbing for an urgent repair, they assured me they would come right away. Hours passed, and they still hadn’t arrived. I called multiple times, and each time I was given a different excuse. If you want reliable service, avoid them at all costs
EZ Miami Plumbing gave me a quote and then raised the price by over 50% once they arrived. When I questioned the increase, the technician got defensive and started making excuses. It’s clear they don’t value honesty or customer service. Never using them again

I called for an emergency plumbing issue, and they assured me someone would be there within the hour. Six hours later, I finally gave up and hired a different company. EZ Miami Plumbing never communicated with me or even apologized. I wouldn’t trust them with anything
