Best eye exam experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. The optical technician, not sure of title, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and experienced, making me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I have gone to eye doctors for many years (usually mainstream places in the mall and such) and I've been taking my daughter for several now. This was by far my best experience. The doctor was great. Very attentive. No feeling of being rushed along. It was more comprehensive than any I've ever seen (and I've had lasik). Honestly, I would recommend this place to anybody. Patient and caring. Dr Shane is wonderful with my special needs adult son and Jennifer was great too.
Dr. Gillilad is great! I have been seeing him for years. He has a great personality. He listens to any problems you may have and makes recommendations.
