The staff was so friendly and efficient. When I checked in they had already confirmed my insurance and had a print out that outlined what my plan covered and what it didn’t. Very refreshing! Dr Philpy was very thorough and told me things about my eyes I had never heard before (I have been in glasses for over 40 years). I feel in great hands at EyeTech and recommend to anyone needing eye care.
Last week I was visiting Frisco when I developed acute conjunctivitis (pink eye). I left a voice mail with EyeTech early in the morning requesting an appointment. As soon as their office opened at 8:30 I received a call from them whereby I was scheduled an appointment at 10:00. I just got done with my eye exam and it went smoothly. all test was explained and everything was very professional. I have been happy with my visits over the past 6 years.
Charged me $80 in a bunch of trumped up line items for an eye exam that's supposed to have a $10 co pay
Explained the process throughly and always open to questions and concerns
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The new technology made me feel comfortable and like I was getting the best feedback on my eyes.
