We had appointments today. When I called to make them I wasn’t told that because I wouldn’t provide my ss number at the time I would be billed and I would have to submit the bill to vsp insurance. You NEVER asked just for the last 4, you asked for the whole thing!!! When I called VSP to get a group number, they told me you had already submitted, and were waiting for our appointments. I've never had FUN at the eye doctor before, but this visit was an absolute delight. It was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had and the staff were fantastic. I was also pleased and impressed with their COVID precautions, which made me feel safe and respected without in any way interfering with my care. It was a blast picking out my new glasses with input from the knowledgeable staff, and they were so great about figuring out the best way to use my insurance coverage and all available discounts and sales to get me the be... read more
