Despite really poor service and a terrible experience last year when I went there for the first time, I decided to give them another try this year. The exam was fine, I thought the doctor was nice, the office people were nice... however there are huge problems after the fact. Before I left, the doctor threw away my old contacts leaving me with just the contacts I tried on at the eye exam. She needed to order the correct prescription for me.
