pretty decent experience. I was a Personal Eyes client for years. Minimal wait for exam. Dr Feucht called me Honey twice, which I did not appreciate. Woman at desk needs to hone her customer service skills. All & all, I would recommend
I held giving 5 stars because even though the service was great getting the glasses is still the problem. It's your lab. They are still incredibly slow. It's going on 2 weeks and no new glasses yet. A lens for my Randolph Engineering glasses a couple of years ago took over a month. You need to get a better lab.
The office had a much needed makeover, fresh and clean. Dr. Saini was fabulous! Explained everything thoroughly and used new technology exam equipment. A very positive vibe!
