Always have an easy and pleasant experience at Eyes on Docklands. Knowledgeable staff and great selection of frames.
Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I came in with severe eye pain and could barely see out of my left eye, yet the optometrist completely misdiagnosed my condition. Instead of recognising how serious it was, she gave me the wrong prescriptions which only made things worse. I ended up in the Eye and Ear Hospital emergency department the very next day, where doctors confirmed how severe my condition actually was. The staff were friendly and very helpful and able to attend to my need promptly. Came away feeling satisfied and well cared for. Eyesight is such a gift. We should always look after it and the staff at Eyes on Docklands definitely did that.
Sue came to my rescue when my glasses arm fell off at work in the Docklands. Even though I had never been there before she quickly repaired my specs on the spot without charge so I was able to work. Sue was very professional, helpful and kind. Her practice is beautiful and I would highly recommend her for optical care.
