They did not give my husband his prescription. It also seems like they are avoiding at all costs to give him the prescription. Last I knew that was illegal. He was also prescribed contacts that were very very cheap. They didn’t have the contacts that he actually wanted. They would like you to get contacts at their office, not go somewhere else. Terrible! I went in after I had a car accident because my frames got damaged, they weren't able to fix them but offered to replace them at half the cost. Great! However they didn't write down on my chart which frame it was, so we had to select a whole new frame. That was December 2015. April 2016, I have the 3rd new frame and lens and still can't see properly! I was told my Kami the Manager that they have done all they will do and no refund.
