I walked into this business and my glasses were fixed in minutes. Nathan also adjusted both pair of glasses I had with me to my satisfaction.
My younger sibling's glasses broke at 9pm on the Sunday the day before Labor day. We were freaking out because they need the glasses to read, and they had a college exam they needed to study for. Googled to see if any repair place would be open on Labor day, and saw that glasses express did after hour appointments. Visited on the afternoon of Saturday, 8/9/25, to get one of the arms of my sunglasses repaired, fully expecting to drop it off and come back days later as I did for previous repair at another shop. But no! Mary took the frame back to the workshop and less than 10 minutes later had attached another arm that was an almost perfect match to the original (see attached photo).
