Eye Glass world in Tyler is the most UNProfessional place of business. They have no quality in customer service skills. Yes we all know we have to wear masks! The first time they wouldn’t let me in with my 12 year old daughter to help her pick out glasses becuase they only wanted one person at a time. People go in there respectfully wearing the mask and the big dude with the bad ratty ponytail constantly harassing people about the masks. World's worst customer service. I was told to reschedule my appointment because they were helping another client and there was a 10 minute rule for check in. By they time they got to me it was past the 10 minutes and they refused to acknowledge my appointment even though they acknowledged me standing at the door. Service was quick for what I needed. Staff was very friendly. Store was clean. Staff took appropriate measures (temp check, social distancing, mask policy) to ensure customer safety

The Clearwater, FL location is terribly managed and understaffed. Expect to be lied to repeatedly by the staff and spend lots of time on hold if you call. I bought two pairs on Friday and was told they would be ready the next day after 1pm. Went in was told they would be Monday. On Monday, one pair was ready and they told me the other pair would be ready on Wens. So on Wens they said tomorrow. Walked in without an appointment. They worked me in quickly. Abby Jane was so amazing helping me pick out glasses even finding the perfect pair that I normally wouldn’t have chosen. Great experience!
It’s amazing how political views get in the way of eye exams and glasses, if you don’t want someone to open carry in the store, maybe you should put up a sign instead of trying to rush through the eye exam causing them to get glasses they can’t even see out of, is it really that important?
