The crew at this location is amazing! Their customer service is on a whole different level. From the time I was fitted for my glasses to the time they arrived I was very impressed with everyone! Thomas in particular was the GREATEST, even though I kept changing my mind on the tint levels he was very patient until I was completely satisfied. I don't know what they are paying Thomas but it isn't enough!

Horrible customer service. Not enough workers and too many customers waiting. Came in just to pick up my sons new glasses and waited over 35 minutes without help. Ended up leaving without the glasses due to the wait. Doctor was chewing gum like a cow. Him and another random employee from eye exam area came out and proceeded to talk about their plans after work for 5 minutes right in front of everyone waiting. Well I've had to go with out glasses for a week even after being told they would expedite them since I can see far away. It's been a tough week. Should have cancel my order went to Walmart opt for three days. Oh ya called and was on hold for 16 minutes. Sucked.
