I had such a terrible experience at the 35th Ave & Peoria store, with the manager, Mr. Choi, no less that I burst into tears and left. He broke my glasses and was downright rude about it.

They could answer the phone when called, not put you on hold for 10 minutes when they do answer. My wife and I ordered 4 pairs of glasses and 2 were defective and had to be reordered.
Bought a frame 6 weeks ago, tlast week the left arm decided to stiften up causing the lense to pop out the frame. Because I didn't buy the warranty and it's more been more than 30 days, they won't replace them. The gentlemen accused me of breaking them and said I had to buy a new frame. I had no idea I had 30 days to return. They broke after 30 days so I'm screwed and out of luck. Experience horrible Customer Service today, not returning to this company.
My husband is hard on glasses. Regular glasses break within a week or two, so we get him sports glasses, and we get the warranty. We've tried other stores, including the self named "Best". The selection and warranty at Eyeglass World can't be beat, and the customer service is way better than the snippy associates at AB.
Product (frames) are cheap and break very easy. I paid for expensive frames and glasses and made over 6 visits under a year to have my lenses put back in because they kept slipping out. now both frames are broken from just simple use. I don't wear them every day. I bought the warranty and the said it just expired. Sorry.. can't help you. Isn't that just great and the customer service was so disingenuous by the Assistant Manager himself. you would think for a customer they would try and do something but put forth no effort. i am not a happy camper. i spent $500 on a 2 for 129 deal. my glasses are a week later than the date given and i am currently in the lobby waiting they told me 10 minutes 30 mins ago... i will not be back. ill check back in and let you know what time i finnally leave
