Very good customer service. Attentive to our needs.
They're amazing. In and out with the eye exam, but I only got one pair of glasses and I have to wait a week for my other pair. Kind of irritated about that but thankful that the prices weren't outrageous.

Ran in at a last minute item check before I leave town. Doctor was quick, and very informative. Gave me more information than I've ever rcvd at any other contact visit. Melissa worked a great deal. Expected no less than $300 out the door, but that changed. Yr supply of contacts and a pair of bifocals, less than $300!!! Great job!!! Thank God for leading me here!
The prices may be great, but it's at the cost of good service. Everytime I have been in, even for just a quick pick up, I have had to wait 10-15 minutes before I'm even acknowledged. When I am acknowledged they are rude. I think some training on basic customer service would go a long way along with additional Staffing.
