First time and wont be back. The dr was super nice but after the appointment we was not helped looking at the frames etc. We waited for ever still no help. We walked out as soon as i got my daughters script. Worst $45 ive ever spent
I was treated very well by every one and was able to my glasses same day at the Lexington KY office. Great staff, technology, and product. I would recommend them highly!

I had to have bifocals - had them several years ago - then cataract surgery on both eyes - did not have to wear anything but readers until recently. I took my prescription to Eyeglass World on Larkin Rd. Sara, was the lady that assisted me in the selection of frames for glasses and sunglasses. She is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend working with her. I found all the associates to be very customer oriented. I am so happy with by glasses and have Sara to thank.
I initially was impressed with the services. When I came back to get my contacts a male associate was very negative in the way he spoke to me. I immediately left but walked back in the get info on my glasses. However Associate Sara. Stepped in to help and she was great. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She has a spectacular attitude!! She offered great customer service!! Thanks to her she changed my opinion of the company. Thanks again Sara!! You certainly made a great impression!!

I received wonderful service today. In the past it was a bit spotty and I wasn't entirely pleased, but today was exceptional. Sara took the time to address my needs and really listened to what asked for. I'm EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my frames. She had an eye for my sense of fashion and helped pick out the perfect frames for me. Thanks again!
I'm giving a two star review because I feel I was deceived into paying for something they offered free. It took three different times for them to get my sunglasses order correct. When I went to get them the first time, they did not tint my glasses at all. I was told it wold be down at no extra charge (I was already paying $270). When I go back to get them the second time, they barely had any tint whatsoever. I was told if I wanted them darker, it would be $60 more.
