I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and EyeGlass World of GR has always served me well, treated me with kindness and accommodation. My husband and I came in recently to have our glasses adjusted and had the best experience with the clerk who helped us, Adam. We felt he truly cared about us and was gentle with adjusting our frames. Give this guy a promotion! 5 stars !
Super friendly, fast. I'm very happy with the service I received.
The staffs were friendly, warm, courteous professionals. Additionally, the doctor treated all of us as if we were all special as opposed to treating us as if we were "just" another client/customer.
Ordered glasses and it took me a little time to get them. But once I did (1 1/2 weeks ago) I discovered they had ordered them wrong, but they can't do anything to fix it. All's they had to say was sorry about your luck.
I hated it they are racist I walked in to ask questions on glasses and they sat us in the back and helped someone in front who had just gotten their like literally 2 min their never will I go back! 28 th st in grand rapids
Use them all the time to have my sunglasses fixed! Helpful and knowledge Staff!
