I bought glasses here, I purchased their warranty. Today when my frames broke they said that the warranty only covers the lenses and they could sell me some new frames for 200 dollars. So much for two pairs for 89 dollars or them actually honoring their warranty!!!That’s 200 dollars for just frames and they put my old lenses in them!!!WTF???

Roseville MI location staff was on the ball, very helpful and professional. Great service and fast turnaround. In town for vacation and needed to upgrade my prescription. They got it all done in a day. Highly recommend!
WILL NOT release original prescription (or copy), just a print out put in by their incompetent front office staff.FILE FTC complaints if they do it to you too.
Recently had a little glitch with my eyeglass order. Went in yesterday and spoke to the manager, Christian. He was more than helpful, super efficient, and resolved my issue immediately. it seems so hard to find good customer service these days so kudos to you Christian. Thank u
Went with my whole heart happy to find new glasses, they were nice girls working in the front. Had a eye exam by a not so nice so called DR.. ordered and paid for my glasses and sun glasses … waited patiently then they finally arrived. Went to get them and could not see out of them!! Rachel at the FWB location was amazing. Great advice on the frames that fit my face best. She figured the best way to utilize my insurance, and explained all the options. She spent the time needed and was so nice. The kind of customer service you just don’t get these days. I highly recommend the great folks at EyeGlass World!
We called to have appointments made , they gladly made them. When we came in to attend the eye exam, we were told very rudely that they didn’t have time for what we had asked for at the time of the appointment scheduling and no way to fix that at all, just very nasty about “sorry for the inconvenience “, and then very rude and the front desk lady wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence.
