I am so frustrated with this company! I asked twice last year when I bought my exam if I could get the $99 for three years of free exams. Was assured I could. Then I got into a ton of hidden fees for contact samples and frames. Spent almost $300 there, and not only that, but they made my glasses with the wrong lens material so I had to return three times for adjustments and fittings for something they should be able to handle as an EYEGLASS company!!! RecommendedI’ve been going to Eyeglass World since since middle school. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help me every time — at least it seems like it. I don’t trust any other place with my eyes 😁
Quick service and good glasses
Alex was great, picked out both pair of my glasses!
Ashley was super helpful and was able to switch out my glasses fast when I didn't like the frames I originally chose.

Came in today and was astounded by how quick and efficient everyone was! Pleas was so amazing, and beyond patient with my son. thank you all!!!
Horrible experience!!! Never called when my glasses were ready. High astigmatism correction. Unable to adjust. Took frame elsewhere for 2 nd opinion. Frame is trashed, and scratched. Hinge is broke and frame was adjusted without tools, so now no one else will touch. Nose pieces bent so much on verge of breaking off. Not unusable and definitely not wearable, caused a massive headache trying to correct. Eye has finally stopped twitching. Have to make another trip to return and get benefits reinstated!!!
