They tell you they can put a prescription in frames that you already have when you call you take them in and the lab says they don’t feel comfortable putting the lens in the frame because they want you to buy their frames. I politely said I will take them with me and go online for a cheaper price and I do exactly that they told me 281 and I went online for 120 transition and all. Emily S was amazing. She was helpful and patient and recognized my needs right away. I loved how she navigated my insurance info to get me the best deal but then went above and beyond to help pick out the frames and lenses that they had in stock while keeping in mind what would flatter my face.
