I called made an appointment for my 3 kids. I gave them my insurance information over the phone and thought everything was set. I showed up had all 3 seen and as I'm leaving the office staff asked if I had insurance. I gave them my cards. At this time, I am told that they do not take the insurance. I have to pay the full price out of pocket expense. I have used eye glass world at a differant location and they took the insurance. I work full time but I have a limited income. This set me back. I want to thank Eyeglass World for donating the large box of prescription glasses for the homeless today!! So many of the homeless of the downtown Orlando area got free glasses tonight!!

Overcharged me $160 for anti-reflective coating and warranties I was not aware of and did not approve. Manager won't return calls and insist I have to come in to cancel the order. They used classic bait and switch routine. STAY AWAY.
I got to exchange my glasses at no cost! Thank you eyeglass world!
