went in yesterday and received fast and friendly service. My glasses are perfect and the prices were reasonable. Kim and Matthew were both beyond helpful and knowledgeable!
****UPDATE*** after my very bad experience the general manager called me and was able to work it out with me and really went above and beyond to help with kids and I out will definitely be back the management staff is amazing and really cares about his store thank you Toni for everything. The staff is horrible. The receptionist I. Th optometry office is very rude and unprofessional. I hope she loses her job after the experience I just had with her. They will never get another penny from me.
WOW. That’s all I can say. Made an appointment for today at 12. I called and spoke to the receptionist and let them know I was running 10 minutes late. She paused and said it was ok, I EVEN ASKED, “ARE YOU SURE?”. She responded “yea that’s fine see you soon”. I walk in tell her I’m there for my appointment only to be told the doctor was behind and they needed to reschedule me. I said ok and she told me the next available time was 3:30. RecommendedLove this place. It was my first time going to the altamonte springs location and I was helped by a young lady named Susana. Sweetest person ever. She was knowledgeable, sweet and made things nice and easy. Truly a delight! I was helped by Tiffany when I went to go pick up my glasses and she was also such a sweetheart. Amazing team!
Yes! They go above and beyond to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your glasses. And something that you don’t see often is that if there is a problem, or adjustments are needed it is taken care with no run around. The store manager Tony goes above and beyond for his customers! 5 stars for sure!
I went there with my husband and had a good experience. The staff was friendly. Tony was great, if you go there ask for Tony.
Always feel satisfied and when getting a new prescription
Went there with family for eye tests and glasses , the service was ok but the staff were so unfriendly and the place was like a morgue! We were not greeted or spoke to unless we initiated it. Never experienced such a hostile service before (no wonder we were the only customers!) they . All need to go on a customer care service course !
